WARM UP:
Jog on the spot – 1 minute/ count of 60
10 jumping jacks
Jog on the spot – count of 20
20 jumping jacks

WORKOUT
Mountain climber into Running Man (just like in GRIT yesterday)
once, then twice, then three times up to 20, then backwards down to 1

Plank – 60 seconds

Squat jump x 10

Pushup x 10

Plank – 60 seconds

Alternating lunges x 20 / 10 each side

Pushup x 10

Plank – 60 seconds

COOLDOWN and stretch as feels good for you.
