Warm up first – I suggest 5-10 minutes on a cross trainer or if you know correct technique, on the indoor rower

15 barbell curls
15 skull crushers
20 seconds rest
Repeat 3 times

15 push ups
15 tricep dips
20 seconds rest
Repeat 3 times

Combine this with some chest, back and shoulder super sets and you have yourself a killer upper body workout.

Don’t forget to let the areas of your body you workout rest the next day – give your muscles time to strengthen and grow for maximum fat burning capacity
